Walk-In Care has expanded its popular “Reserve My Spot” feature, giving patients across the region easier, more convenient access to same-day care.
The expansion reflects Walk-In Care’s continued commitment to improving convenience and reducing wait times. With busy schedules, work commitments, and family demands, patients need flexibility in how and when they receive care. "Reserve My Spot" helps make that possible.
“Reserve My Spot” is available on both the Walk-In Care mobile app and website. Patients simply choose a location, view the day’s available time slots, and confirm their reservation. Now you can spend more time doing the things you need to and less time in the waiting room.
If a location’s schedule becomes full for the day, the system will show no available times. This helps prevent long in-person waits and ensures patients aren’t left uncertain about being seen. Patients are encouraged to check availability at the other Walk-In Care locations, which offer the same convenient online check-in.
How it Works
By clicking the "Reserve My Spot" button at the top of the website or by visiting the app, you are able to easily reserve a time that works best for you and your family.

If a location's schedule is full for the day, you will not be able to reserve a time. Please check the schedule for another one of our four locations.
Please note that patients will not be able to schedule an hour before closing.
App Breakdown
Prefer to use the app instead? Our Walk-In-Care mobile app is available on both the Google Play and Apple App Stores. Once you download the app, you will see a button that says "Reserve My Spot." Once you click, that button, you will see a list of available locations and an option to choose. From there, follow the directions and schedule your appointment.
