How Starting a Visit NOW Works
If you need to see a medical provider as soon as you can, follow these steps.

Visit the Walk-In-Care Website
Step 2:
Click "Start Virtual Visit Now"
Step 3:
Fill Out Requested Information
Step 4:
Enter the Virtual Waiting Room
Step 5:
Speak to Your Doctor
Step 6:
Continue with Your Day
Virtual Visits will be covered by a local, Walk-In-Care provider Monday-Friday from 8a-4p. Non-local providers will be conducting virtual visits after 4pm and on weekends.
**If you are a Direct Primary Care patient, Walk-In-Care virtual visits are excluded from your DPC coverage.**
